Welcome to Dialogue on Design. I'm Rima Suqi. (There's only one of me, so yes, "Best Bets" Rima Suqi.) I love to shop...I love to travel...I love design and architecture. And, I've started this blog because I love sharing my finds and experiences...my comments and observations...with others who share these same passions. I plan to pontificate on anything having to remotely do with design...from packaging to interiors to graphics and new products (cars, pens, gems, tubs...you name it.). And, I'm eager to hear what you have to say, as well. It is, after all, a dialogue on design...

The announcement of yet another iPod speaker at this point elicits more eye-rolls than stampedes to the latest store to buy. I’m definitely guilty of the eye-roll. But this handy system called George has one crucial feature lacking from all the rest - a remote control that is basically a duplicate of your iPod playlists. This means you can scroll through your library and pick a song, via remote. No more hitting fast forward until you hit a song you like. No more getting up off your cozy sofa to manually change playlists. And no more searching blindly for the podcast of my DoD (as in Dialogue on Design) interview with Jamie Drake. It’s all there, at your fingertips.

I have been looking for a new computer for a while (somethiing dfferent) and came across this pink leather laptop with jeweled hinges. It also comes in black and camel. I visit your sites frequently and thought that you should see this. When I did, I had to have it. I found it on a computer website- www.techeffectcomputers.com
